Pendrell Hall

Pendrell Hall is a lovely building set in 10 acres of grounds.
The workshop - Creating Spring Flowers using Watercolour stroke work with Fiona and painting Coastal Scenes, featuring various scraping out techniques using a plastic card and the PX brushes with Terry.                                   

The two groups of 2008 had a great time. Some of the guests returned from 2007 and new friendships were made.

Workshop Programme
Your tuition will take place in the Art Studio with Fiona and the Conference Room with Terry. Your time will be divided equally between each tutor and both subjects covered. Groups are limited to a maximum of 16.
Various techniques will be covered including traditional stroke work, mixing colours, wet in wet, merging colour, creating soft edges, textures and analysing tones. Individual tuition and group demonstrations will be provided throughout the workshops, which start at 11am on the Monday and conclude at 3pm on the Thursday.
The Venue-Pendrell Hall is an imposing 19th century Victorian country house set in ten acres of landscaped gardens in rural surroundings. The building has a stylish ambience with wood panelling, unique fireplaces and a friendly atmosphere.
Home cooked food is provided and special dietary requirements are catered for. Participants will be accommodated in comfortable single en-suite rooms although twin rooms are available on request.
PRICE
The cost is £395 this includes tuition from both Fiona and Terry, three nights accommodation in an en-suite room and full board. In addition, painting materials will be provided for use during Terry’s tuition. Should you wish to bring a non-painting Partner with you the cost is £290 full board.
Pay £50 then nothing till 6 weeks prior to the workshop commencing.
