WINTER PAINTINGS NOW IN BURFORD

So today I am taking five more, they are mainly based on the snow fall we had last year. I like to use a warm ground on which I then add my winter palette so that the paintings all have a warm undertone.
There is one painted just as the greens were beginning to brighten and the trees are still bare. I love winter trees, their shapes against the sky forming a lattice of patterns intrigues me so I use a variety of techniques to portray these.
